With firms now very used to interviewing via Zoom and Teams, opportunities for Part 2s have increased quite rapidly over the last few months. Whilst remote working for Part 1s hasn't been the easiest in terms of firms not being able to provide the usual level of mentorship, for Part 2s with a little more experience, the level of management required is a little easier. As workloads have increased, we have seen a number of practices across the country start recruiting at this level first.
