For Architects looking to work on both UK and international projects within a global practice, this is a fantastic opportunity. The London office is one of their fastest expanding studios and is seeking an Architect with around 2-6 years post part 3 to work on a series of new and exciting projects in the UK and Europe. You will be involved in leading teams, managing multiple projects from start to finish, and liaising with external parties.
Sector specific knowledge is not a requisite, but the office currently has a live portfolio of hospitality, residential and office jobs.
Successful candidates should be proficient and highly experienced with all phases of the design and construction process from planning approval through the bid process and construction administration. You should also have a passion for exciting concepts and detailing, have excellent design awareness, good communication, CAD and hand drawing skills.
Successful candidates should have the following skill sets:
- Experience in delivering medium sized projects from design development to construction complete stages.
- Passion for design and detailing.
- Ability to execute and lead day to day administrative running of projects.
- Good contract knowledge and UK building regulations
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
- Revit would be a bonus but not essential.
