Our client is looking for an Associate-level Architect to work on private commissions and development projects. You will need a passion for high-end design and a portfolio reflecting their design aesthetic, as well as being a strong all-rounder with client-facing skills, experience mentoring more junior staff, and lots of experience delivering quality work. You will be part of a growing architectural team within this studio and should have experience of working with Interior Designers.
Additional skills required:
- UK building regulation knowledge
- High proficiency in some of the following: AutoCAD, Abode Suite, Sketchup, Rhino, Enscape
- Hand sketching favoured but not essential
- Flexibility and adaptability with strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Fluent written and spoken English
This office is based in the Kensington area and offer hybrid working.
