Our client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary practice in South West London that has also won several awards for being a great employer. They are now looking for an experienced and competent BIM Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring team optimisation for working in Revit, associated technologies, workflows, and for delivery of coordinated models, data, reports and other related project documentation.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills and expertise:
- Qualified as an Architect or an Architectural Technician/Technologist
- A minimum of 3 years UK professional work experience as a BIM Coordinator
- Experience working on large residential projects and delivering projects using Revit across all RIBA work stages and especially from Stage 4 onwards
- Experience in regular model auditing and clash detections simulations
- Advanced Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks skills are essential for this position (a minimum of 3 years’ experience)
- Experience working on BIM level 2/ISO 19650 projects
- Knowledge of Solibri, Vectorworks and Dynamo
- Sound technical understanding of UK construction processes, procedures, rules, and regulations
- Good oral and written communication
- Proficient document and report writing
- Proficient internal presenter
