Construction Manager

Our client is an international developer currently working on a particularly large mixed use scheme in south east London. They are now actively seeking a construction manager to join them. 

Essential skills and attributes

• Residential construction experience
• End-to-end experience of working on medium to large scale construction project
• Competent Programming experience and accompanying relevant IT skills
• knowledge and experience of Health & Safety Executive (HSE) compliance
• Section 106 agreements 
• Consultation and planning
• Proven ability to manage all Stakeholders from the construction through to planning and senior management
• Ability to chair meetings on-site and consultation 

Desirable

• A Construction qualification
• Project management qualification
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)
