Director

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Architect/Associate to make the next step up to a Directorship position. This is a relatively small practice who are working on some sizeable commercial/retail projects for their scale. They also have a lot of work in the high-end residential sector within the surrounding areas of Surrey/West London.

Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of 10 years post part 3
• be capable of taking schemes from concept to completion 
• be able to form strong relationships with clients and give confidence in delivering successful projects
• ideally have potential clients/projects you can bring into the business
• ideally use Vectorworks
