Experienced Architectural Technician for BIM focused studio - West London

Our client is a studio I've worked with for a number of years in Putney and who are seeking an Architectural Technician. There are currently around 10 in the team working on an expanding pipeline of new projects coming in. They are therefore seeking an Architectural Technicians with ideally 3-5 years experience and knowledge of rail or higher education projects.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

  • good working knowledge of PhotoShop, InDesign and MS Office
  • ability to develop projects through from initial feasibility to site delivery.
  • strong BIM skills.
  • preferably knowledge using 3D Vectorworks/Microstation/ AECOsim software.
