We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, talented and driven Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join a busy team of Architects and Surveyors in Dorking. They have a diverse workload of new build projects, cladding remedial works and refurbishment projects with construction values of £1m-£20million. As a practice, they are signatories of the Architects Declare movement and intend to embrace the RIBA 2030 challenge to achieve net zero carbon emissions in our design approach.
The successful candidate will need the following skills and experience:

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred however additional training will be offered to the right candidate.

Qualification to Part 1/Degree in Architecture

Organised and methodical

Ability to work collaboratively with project team

Familiarity and understanding of planning and UK building regulations.
