Part 2

A small and expanding practice based on the Hertfordshire/Essex border is working on residential projects ranging from extensions to new build dwelling, conversions and larger housing developments.

They are seeking an Architectural Assistant with experience in design and project management to work on our housing development projects. The candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently and also supervise a small project team when required in the production of building regulation drawings for housing developers. The right candidate should be proficient in liaising with our extensive client base but also planners and consultants to make sure that our projects run smoothly. 

Essential requirements include:

• Experience in using AutoCAD.
• Experience in producing detailed building regulation drawings and full understanding of the building regulation requirements.
• Experience in liaising with developer clients and other consultants.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
