Our central London client is a small, design-orientated and award-winning studio with a range of stimulating work, including new build projects and renovations, extensions and additions to buildings in sensitive contexts, and from small scale domestic to larger-scale residential and commercial work. They support autonomy in a collaborative studio environment and the person that joins them will be outward-facing, liaising with clients and consultants.
Our client is currently looking for a Part II with at least three years’ experience post BArch/ MArch/ Diploma, or a recently qualified Part III with a similar amount of working experience to join their growing studio.
Candidates will ideally have:
- an exceptional portfolio demonstrating presentational clarity
- you should have total command of a 2D CAD software, ideally Microstation or willing to switch software
- the self-discipline to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, while retaining a grip on detail
- experience of working in a UK architectural studio noted for design quality, have a working understanding of the UK planning system, and have project experience between RIBA Stages 0 and 4. Some experience beyond RIBA Stage 4 would be a bonus.
