Our client is a new start up which has become incredibly busy with private residential projects during lockdown. They are now actively seeking an experienced and self sufficient Architect with strong construction knowledge to help with the technical design stages. Candidates will ideally have strong Vectorworks, experience of private London residential and be self sufficient. You will also need a good understanding of JCT contracts and have excellent client facing skills.
The studio is well known for their bright and colourful designs and might also suit someone who is looking for part time opportunities.
