Our client is a very well-established firm near Southwark who are currently around 8 people. The practice has a wide range of projects from residential to commercial office refurbishments in central London.
With a couple of sizeable projects coming in, they are now seeking a Project Architect to join the team. The role would suit someone who has a few years post part 3 but looking to take the next step up in their career.
Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years Post Part 3.
- Previous experience running a small project or package within a larger project.
- Client facing skills and confidence to chair meetings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, relevant design guides and standards.
- Proven technical detailing skills and familiarity with NBS.
