Project Architect

9B is currently looking for Project Architects based in Bristol to join this well established international award-winning studio.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience: 

• Min 3 years post Part 3.
• Have designed and delivered projects between £3 and £40m construction value
• Be fully conversant in Revit having completed a minimum of one year continual use, in practice as primary software
• Experienced in job running from stages 2 to 6
• Experience in any of the following sectors – Schools, HE, Technology, Student Residential, Offices and Residential
• Demonstratable project lead, client facing within an existing team below or alongside Associate or Associate Director
• Able to start within 6 weeks maximum preferable sooner
• Able to be interviewed in Bristol
