Project Manager - London

Our client is a well-established project management firm who specialise in the design and refurbishment of London investment properties. They are now seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in this sector and who is able to run projects from small 1-bed flats to luxury high-end houses in West London. Many of the properties will be in listed buildings so the experience of refurbishing historical houses would be a strong benefit.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• strong experience and interest in London property
• have a can-do attitude and be happy to get involved with all aspects of delivering fast-paced projects from start to completion
• strong experience budgeting projects and understanding current build costs in London
• excellent client-facing skills

The firm is specifically looking for a Project Manager who has been performing the role for a number of years rather than an architect looking to switch across into project management.
