Our client is a friendly studio based in west London that covers luxury residential, commercial and cultural projects, often involving contemporary interventions to historic buildings and settings. Currently around 10 strong and based close to Ladbroke Grove, they are seeking a Part 2 or recent Part 3 with Vectorworks to join them. If you're a good fit and don't have Vectorworks but are happy to learn, you will still be considered. You should have an interest (and ideally experience) in heritage projects and will be involved in construction drawings and then site works for a big multi art gallery listed building hub and/or working drawings for a fit out in an empty shell for a very high spec modernist flat in Grade 1 building overlooking Regents Park.
