This AJ100 studio is looking to recruit someone to lead the construction stage delivery for a large private house in Hampshire.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years post part 3
- Particularly strong experience on premium interior design fit outs of large Grade II* listed buildings involving substantial new build extensions.
- Delivering interior design led private house construction projects
- Traditional building and interiors construction detailing
- Site architect experience
- Confident in working with main contractor and design team to resolve issues effectively and promptly
- Strong organisational skills, proactive and diligent
- Confident project leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong hand drawing skills
- Autocad – as a minimum
Own means of transport beneficial as the project site is in a semi-rural location.
Fixed term contract 1 year.
Salary range – probably circa £55-65k depending on experience
