Senior Housing Architect

Our client is a well established and multi-award-winning studio that works on sizeable schemes in both the UK and France. They are now looking for a Senior Architect who is around 5 years post part 3 to specifically run an affordable housing project from start through to completion.

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• strong experience on London residential (multi-unit schemes)
• be a talented designer and job runner
• have strong AutoCAD and ideally Rhino skills
• have experience working with London authorities 
• have excellent knowledge of building regs
