Our client is a multi award winning studio that is especially well known for their high-end hospitality and residential schemes. They are now seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join their Hospitality team in London.
The Senior FF&E Designer will develop the design concept as well as the design details and deal with the day to day running of their projects. The ideal candidate will have over six years experience with all aspects of design and design project management from large scale hotels and residential developments to high end restaurant and restaurant roll-outs.
An excellent understanding of furniture and product, interior architecture and design is a must. Further, a comprehensive understanding of construction technology is imperative as well as knowledge of current building regulations. Since the position includes communication with client representatives and other project team consultants, a high level of verbal and written communication skills are a must.
