Senior Part 2/Architect up to 5 years experience

Our client is a 10 strong studio based in Farringdon who tend to work on high end residential and hospitality projects. They use Microstation but are happy to crosstrain and offer a good work/life balance with a high amount of holiday allowance. They are currently looking for an experienced Part 2 Assistant or an Architect with up to 5 years of experience to assist a senior member of staff. Strong sketching ability is advantageous. 

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• ideally strong experience on high end residential or hotels
• Microstation or Revit skills
• experience in general housing, small projects and some high end. 
• good sketching skills - traditional hand sketching as well as SketchUp are key
