This design orientated AJ100 studio in central London is seeking an ambitious Associate to help deliver a significant project for the office. The role will involve running a small team on a project which is on-site, but still has another 18 months or so until completion.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- experience of all RIBA stages but particularly stage 5.
- confidence running site meetings and working closely with contractors.
- have worked on large scale commercial/residential projects
- have around 5-10 years post part 3
- strong team management skills
- Revit a bonus
