Our client is an AJ100 practice in south London, currently looking for a team/project leader with very solid UK-based multi-unit residential project experience to join their pre-planning design team.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience post RIBA Part 3
• Excellent design skills
• Relevant experience in the UK residential sector
• Pre -planning experience required
• Confident communicator
• Good technical knowledge
• Excellent CAD skills, Revit welcome but not essential
• Flexible and committed attitude to work
• Fluent in written and spoken English
