Our client is a medium scale architectural studio in south west London who are looking to recruit a senior project architect with experience of running projects during the delivery stages. The successful candidate will have wide ranging technical knowledge, site experience and excellent communication skills. In particular, experience of multi-unit residential development as well as industrial buildings would be an advantage. You will be involved with the project delivery stages including tender, design for construction, third party design coordination, specification writing, site inspection, quality report writing and hand-over services upon completion.
Candidates will require the following skills and experience:
- ARB qualified architect or equivalent professional qualification
- Great team leading experience
- c.10 years post part 3
- Due to homeworking, you will need to be very self sufficient with strong all round IT skills
- Proficient AutoCAD or Revit user
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
- CSCS accreditation or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
