Technical Coordinator - London

This well-established developer and investment company based in central London near Westminster predominantly works on residential developments across London and the South East. The company focuses on delivering well-conceived and executed developments in both the private and affordable sectors. These schemes range from traditional housing to high-rise inner-city urban development projects. They are now looking for a qualified architect who probably has around 4-5 years post part 3 and is a strong allrounder to join as a technical coordinator. A good salary and bonus is on offer for the right candidate and flexible working arrangements are possible, although generally they tend to be in the office 3-4 days/week.
