9B Careers is working with a major international architectural and design practice looking to appoint two experienced Architects to join its specialist sports architecture team.
The roles will focus on the development and technical delivery of façade and building envelope packages for major stadium and sports projects, predominantly across RIBA Stages 3 and 4.
The Role

Develop and document complex façade and envelope packages

Work on façade systems, canopies, podium screens and integrated lighting/media

Produce detailed construction information, specifications and tender packages

Coordinate complex façade geometry and interfaces with primary structures

Work closely with structural, façade and MEP engineers, lighting designers and other specialists

Liaise with façade fabricators, contractors and suppliers

Contribute to technical workshops, design reviews and value engineering

Use parametric tools to optimise panelisation, materials and fabrication
About You
-
Qualified Architect with approximately 5–8+ years' experience

Strong experience delivering façade/envelope packages at RIBA Stages 3 and 4

Background in major sports venues, public assembly buildings or complex transport projects

Excellent technical detailing and package documentation skills

Strong Revit and Rhino skills are essential

Grasshopper and/or Dynamo experience would be advantageous

Comfortable coordinating complex geometry and multidisciplinary teams

Strong communication and technical presentation skills
