9B Careers is working with a major international architectural and design practice looking to appoint two Architects to its specialist sports architecture team.
This is an opportunity for Architects with experience of large-scale and complex buildings to work on major stadium and sports projects within an established international team.
The Role

Contribute to the design and development of major sports venues

Develop zoning, area schedules and spatial planning strategies

Plan spectator, hospitality, VIP, athlete, media and back-of-house areas

Develop player and team facilities, including changing, medical and warm-up spaces
-
Design public concourses, F&B, retail and customer facilities

Coordinate complex layouts with architects, engineers and specialist consultants

Develop accurate architectural models and design information

Apply relevant stadium regulations and international sporting standards
About You
-
Qualified Architect with approximately 3+ years' experience

Experience on large-scale public assembly buildings, sports venues or complex transport projects

Strong design and spatial planning capabilities

Excellent 3D modelling and problem-solving skills
-
Revit and Rhino are essential

Understanding of the Green Guide and other relevant regulatory guidance

Ability to interpret sports federation standards such as FIFA, UEFA and IOC
-
Confident working within large multidisciplinary teams

Strong communication and presentation skills
