Our client, based in north London, is an established, multidisciplinary architectural practice with a strong reputation for delivery, is currently seeking an Architectural Technologist with solid Residential sector experience.
Key requirements are:
- Post stage 4 experience required
- AutoCAD and Revit skills – essential
- Understanding of UK planning policy and regulations
- Experience of working with clients, contractors, and other consultants
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing projects and the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff
- Strong interpersonal skills, with front-facing client experience
