9B Careers is working with an award-winning, Chelsea-based architectural studio specialising exclusively in high-end private residential projects across London’s prime postcodes, the UK and internationally. With a growing 2026 pipeline, they are seeking a technically strong and ambitious Part II or recently qualified architect to join their close-knit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated architect looking to deepen their technical expertise and gain hands-on exposure to complex, large-scale residential projects.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering construction information and coordinating packages on an 800 sqm high-end private residential project in Chelsea, alongside supporting additional luxury residential schemes.

Reporting directly to a Director or Senior Architect within a 7-person team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing detailed construction and tender packages (drawings, schedules, specifications)
  • Developing and refining construction details
  • Assisting with planning applications and design development
  • Coordinating with consultants (Structural, MEP, Interior Designers) and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning legislation
  • Supporting site queries and attending site visits during construction stages
  • Contributing to the improvement of CAD standards and internal systems

Requirements

  • RIBA Part II or Part III qualified
  • Strong technical design ability with proven experience in construction detailing
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
  • Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and statutory requirements
  • Experience coordinating consultant information preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • SketchUp or other 3D software advantageous
  • Right to work in the UK

Package includes:

  • £35,000–£37,000 salary (depending on experience)
