An established architectural practice with a strong reputation for delivery is seeking an experienced Project Architect / Senior Technical Architect to join its London team.
The role sits within a specialist technical group focusing on remedial works, façade projects, and tall residential buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who enjoys technical leadership, regulatory complexity, and problem-solving within the residential sector.
The Role

Leading technical and remedial workstreams on tall apartment and façade-led projects

Managing technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5

Acting as a technical lead, coordinating consultants and mentoring junior team members

Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, fire strategy, and façade performance requirements
Requirements

Qualified Architect (Part 3) with 5+ years post-qualification experience

Strong background in UK residential and high-rise projects

Excellent technical knowledge, particularly around facades and tall buildings

High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Confident communicator with experience running technical packages independently
