Now expanding into the commercial, hospitality, and resort sectors, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a design-led studio trusted by high-profile, often confidential clients around the world.

The Role:

As Projects Director, you'll be at the heart of the business — driving design delivery, team leadership, and strategic growth. You will:

  • Oversee project delivery and support Senior Associates and Project Architects

  • Guide new client onboarding and nurture strong client relationships

  • Contribute to business development and practice-wide strategic decisions

  • Ensure delivery aligns with deadlines, budgets, and uncompromising quality

  • Maintain and enhance QA processes in collaboration with senior leadership

  • Mentor team members and uphold a culture of design excellence

  • Work closely with the Founder/Creative Director and MD

  • Lead with vision and motivate teams with clarity and purpose

About You:

You’re a grounded, strategic leader with a passion for beautiful architecture and a sharp eye for delivery. You will bring:

  • 10+ years post-Part 3 experience, including 5+ at Associate level or higher

  • Proven track record in luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or resort projects — international experience is a bonus

  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

  • Ability to manage complex projects and maintain high standards under pressure

  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to design integrity

  • Familiarity with Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office is advantageous

  • Emotional intelligence, presence, and the ability to lead without ego

The Offer:

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience)

  • Flexible working and emphasis on work-life balance

  • A global portfolio spanning four continents

  • Exciting growth in commercial and hospitality sectors

  • Collaborative studio culture with regular team socials and wellbeing initiatives

  • Studio closure over Christmas, long-service leave, CPD opportunities, and more
