Our client is an AJ100 practice in south London, seeking an Architect or Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team on a contract basis (1-2 months). This is a fantastic opportunity to work on multi-unit residential schemes.
Essential for this role:
-around 6 years post-qualification
-previous experience on similar sized schemes in the UK
-proficiency in Revit
-strong technical ability and attention to detail
-solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
-be available to start immediately or within short notice
