Our client is a small practice based around Old Street that work closely with their clients to deliver schemes that achieve sustainable, high-quality results and that best suit the project brief. This practice works primarily on smaller-scale residential refurbishments, as well as larger masterplans and some commercial projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Architect with solid UK-based Masterplanning experience under their belt, as well as being comfortable in a job running role. This candidate needs to have native-level English as they will need to prepare Design and Access Statements and present at Committees.
