Our client is a well-established, AJ100 architectural studio, who pride themselves on delivering innovative and high-quality residential design projects. Their dynamic team is composed of creative professionals committed to excellence, working collaboratively on diverse UK schemes.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- CIAT registered architectural technologist with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
- Proven experience on large residential schemes from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
- Knowledge of NBS Chorus specification system for large residential projects
- Good working knowledge of Revit is essential
- Solid understanding of current UK building regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to a high standard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CAD skills required:
- Proficiency in Revit for technical design and documentation
