They are seeking a skilled Contract Revit Architectural Technologist to support a significant project — a 50-room apartment hotel in London. The role is a 3-month contract to start by the end of the month. You will be instrumental in progressing the project from Stage 3 to Stage 5, ensuring precision and adherence to the project brief.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Revit, specifically within architectural or hotel projects
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
- Experience in progressing designs through RIBA stages 3 to 5
- Excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience working on large-scale architectural projects in London is advantageous
- CAD skills required: Revit (essential)
