A growing London-based architecture practice is seeking Associates to join its team. This is a key leadership role for candidates with experience running large-scale, design-led projects and managing teams across all RIBA work stages.
About the Role
They're looking for highly organised, detail-focused architects who can:
- Lead complex projects (£50m–£200m construction value)
- Oversee teams and deliver to high design and technical standards
- Confidently present to clients and consultants
- Guide design processes and coordinate deliverables
- Navigate UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
- Work fluently in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication, leadership, and project planning skills are essential.
