Paul studied Architecture at the University of Nottingham in 1995 and after a brief spell working in the internet industry and doing a ski season, he joined RIBA Appointments in 2000. Following 15 fantastic years, he set up 9B in 2016 and has been privileged to recruit for a wonderful variety of firms from Stirling Prize winners to luxury developers and international design studios.
