Our client, a leading international engineering and design consultancy, is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their London team. This role will support the commercial delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio, working closely with project leads to ensure strong commercial governance, effective client engagement, and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial management of project delivery from inception through to completion
- Provide guidance on contractual and commercial matters across multiple projects
- Work collaboratively with project teams, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Contribute to risk management, cost control, and financial performance monitoring
- Support the implementation and delivery of NEC-based contracts
About You:
- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or similar role within the built environment or engineering consultancy sector
- Strong understanding and practical experience with NEC contract delivery
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Commercially astute, organised, and comfortable working across multiple projects
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to influence positive project outcomes
