A small, established architectural practice seeks a talented and adaptable Architect with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience to join their team on a six-month fixed-term contract. The role has arisen to provide additional support during a busy project period and to cover a reduction in team capacity later in the year.
Working predominantly within the private residential sector, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery across a varied portfolio of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support residential projects through relevant RIBA stages.
- Produce high-quality design, technical and construction information.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Assist with project management and delivery deadlines.
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit architectural team.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with 3–5 years' professional experience.
- Experience within the private residential sector is highly desirable.
- Strong technical and design skills.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks.
- Comfortable working within a Mac-based office environment.
- Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an existing team.
- Immediate or short-notice availability would be advantageous.
