Design Architect for pre-planning stages

Our client is an AJ100 practice in south London currently looking for an Architect with around 5-7 years post Part 3 experience to join their pre-planning residential design team. This is to work on a large multi-unit residential scheme and therefore candidates must have solid experience working on similar UK-based projects.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience: 

• Exceptional ability as a pre-planning design architect 
• Excellent presentational skills 
• Ability to lead a small team of assistants 
• Excellent Autocad skills (Revit is a bonus)
