9B is seeking a Design Director to join a high-performing team working on a landmark mixed-use high-rise development in Miami.
This is a concept-stage leadership role, focused on defining the architectural vision, massing strategy, and overall design narrative of a major international project.
The Role
- Lead the development of the architectural concept, massing, and skyline strategy
- Define tower identity and podium integration
- Shape spatial and experiential design direction
- Work closely with the CEO to align design and development strategy
- Oversee design outputs across a lean, senior team
About You
- 15+ years’ experience in architecture
- Proven track record on high-rise or mixed-use landmark projects
- Strong conceptual, urban, and spatial design capability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical environment
- Ideally available at short notice
Additional Information
- Initial 4-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role
- Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week in Central London)
