This well-established practice is going through it's second generation and around 50 strong. They predominantly work with many of the large residential developers on substantial housing projects. Due to continued growth, they are actively seeking a director to support their London office.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- at least 10 years post part 3
- have excellent technical skills
- strong team leadership skills
- capable of running meetings and dealing with clients
- Vectorworks would be a bonus but crosstraining for the right person will be provided.
- have experience delivering large residential projects or have potential develop new sectors
