Our client is a dynamic and creative practice with a growing portfolio of new build houses to medium and large scale residential developments. They are looking for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistants with 1 or 2 years of post-Part 2 relevant experience to work on an exciting variety of projects from feasibility through to completion. Recent Part 3s will also be considered.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- aptitude for design within a tight urban context
- ability to communicate ideas through sketches, 3D visualisations and presentation drawings.
- working knowledge of planning policy, building regulations and an understanding of construction detailing
- be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Sketchup, Revit and V-Ray will also be an advantage.
