Our client is a small, award-winning practice in west London with a focus on small-scale residential projects. They are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven experienced senior Part 3 to design and lead projects.

Requirements:

  • a minimum of five years’ working in private practice within the UK
  • experience managing projects through all RIBA work stages
  • experience with planning in central London
  • advanced understanding of building regulations
  • experience in technical detailing and documentation, and specification writing
  • ability to demonstrate an understanding of on-site construction, a knowledge of procurement routes and the ability to direct and work within a larger team
  • experience with interior joinery packages and bespoke items detailing
  • confident construction drawing package experience and technical knowledge of building components
  • ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • an eye for detail
  • able to collaborate with the rest of the team, give feedback and
  • good client-fronting skills
  • manage the internal programme and deadlines for deliverables
  • excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
