They are now expanding their team and seeking an experienced Interior Designer who is ready to take meaningful ownership of projects and play a visible role in shaping the interiors side of the practice.

The role:
You will lead residential interior design projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, consultants and contractors.
You will be trusted to:
- lead client meetings and articulate design ideas with clarity
- develop thoughtful concepts into resolved, technically coherent schemes
- shape the material palette, spatial character and overall atmosphere of the interiors
- manage FF&E schedules and procurement processes
- balance aesthetic ambition with budget control
- coordinate confidently with architects and technical teams
- maintain project momentum and meet agreed deadlines
This role will suit someone who:
- has 5 to 10 years’ of residential interior design experience
- enjoys making decisions and taking ownership of them
- understands both design quality and financial clarity
- can manage multiple projects under minimal supervision
- stays calm and solution focused when projects become challenging
- takes responsibility when something goes wrong and moves quickly to resolve it
