Our client is a design and build contractor currently working on the renovation and new build of a large stately home in Hertfordshire. They are seeking to expand their onsite team and are looking for an experienced Revit Technician to support their senior architects by translating conceptual designs into detailed working drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural Revit models and drawings.
- Collaborate closely with the lead architect to ensure design fidelity.
- Manage documentation and revisions efficiently.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Revit in a professional setting, particularly in heritage or high-end residential projects.
- Previous collaboration with our target architect profile is highly desirable.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Professional, amiable demeanour with a passion for Georgian architecture.
