Our client is a particularly high-end residential developer in Kingston Upon Thames who are actively seeking a Head of People to help align the people strategies with the business goals and objectives. In this role, you will deliver the HR strategy and provide a full range of operational support across key HR areas such as recruitment and selection, performance management, Employee Relations, reward and benefits, organisational development and change management.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- Be confident working with Board level Directors/management/all staff.
- Be steadfast and have strong leadership skills.
- Have extensive relevant HR experience.
- Have extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with senior leaders and managers to create positive business outcomes.
- Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Able to support over 90 staff.
