Inhouse Architect for residential construction company

Candidates will need the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Architect within a residential construction environment
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships
• Minimum of 5 years post part 3 experience and ARB registered
• Capability to work autonomously and manage projects from concept to completion
• Proficiency in CAD software for design and documentation
