A design-led architectural studio in central London is seeking a motivated and design-focused Part II Architectural Assistant to join its team. The practice works across residential, heritage and mixed-use projects at a range of scales, with a strong emphasis on craft, materiality and the development of ideas through drawing and making.
This role sits at the heart of the studio’s creative output, supporting early-stage design work, feasibilities and planning submissions, while contributing to visualisation, model-making and presentation across multiple projects.
The role

Support project teams across RIBA Stages 0–2

Produce high-quality drawings, models and visuals

Assist with feasibilities, pre-applications and planning submissions

Create clear presentation material for clients and local authorities

Contribute to visualisation and design work across the studio
About you

Part II qualified
-
Experience in a small to medium-sized, design-focused studio
-
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and craft
-
Confident in drawing, 3D modelling and physical model-making

Organised, proactive and collaborative
Software & BIM
-
Revit experience required
-
MicroStation used initially, with training provided

Involvement in the studio’s planned transition to Revit in 2026

Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite essential
