We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Primavera P6 Planner to join our client on a part-time, fixed-term basis.

This role supports architects and designers in delivering successful projects through effective programme set-up, management, and reporting.

Summary

Reporting to Project Leads, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting on project programmes in Primavera P6. The role may involve client-facing communication via email and meetings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Primavera and programme planning experience, ideally within the construction industry.

Part-time, fixed-term contract
Remote, with some ad hoc in-person meetings in London

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage project programmes in Primavera P6, ensuring they remain accurate, organised, and aligned with design management input.
  • Gather information from internal teams to ensure high-quality programme outputs are delivered to clients on time.
  • Apply planning logic, track interdependencies, and highlight critical path, resource loading, and cost impacts.
  • Track baseline vs. actual progress and identify delays, risks, and knock-on effects.
  • Provide clear programme advice and flag deviations to Project Leads.
  • Liaise with client-side planners when required.
  • Produce regular updates and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support communications and attend relevant meetings.
  • Ensure consistent, reliable progress reporting and adherence to planning procedures.

Core Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
  • Primavera P6 (essential)
  • MS Project (useful)
  • Office 365 Suite
  • Experience in a design or construction environment (desirable)
