Our client is a small but growing studio between Oxford and Coventry that are seeking a proactive Architect to join the team. The practice works on a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial and education sectors. These tend to be project values of £250,000 to £5million. The successful candidate will need to be a strong all rounder who is capable of delivering a number of projects per year. The office uses Archicad but training can be provided for the right person.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
- at least 3 years post part 3
- capable of taking projects from RIBA 0-7, reporting to Project Director
- have comprehensive working knowledge of Building Regulations, be able to competently design buildings and create sound construction details
- Archicad would be a bonus
- live within a sensible commute
