Project Manager - London

This is a fascinating role for an experienced Project Manager to work client side for a design-orientated developer. They are based in central London with a fantastic portfolio of high-end developments. These range from luxury residential and commercial offices to private members' clubs. They invest very much for the long term and work with some of London's leading architects to expand their portfolio of stunning London properties. With a strong pipeline of new schemes, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their dynamic in-house development team. You will be involved with the developments across the entire project life-cycle and key to the successful completion of each project and future growth of the portfolio.

Candidates must be from either a project management consultancy or another developer / client-side company, with experience in delivering multi-million-pound high-end projects.

You will report to the Development Director and there will be a responsibility to help mentor a more junior Project Manager within the team.

The successful applicant will have the following:

• Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, CIOB) with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams & delivering successful projects
• Extensive experience in administering NEC & JCT contracts and the ability to advise on appropriate procurement options
• Demonstrable successful delivery of relevant projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills with an eye for detail and enthusiasm
